DaraLyn McColl participated in "VPA Art Day" at the Gorham Middle School. Classes were 45 min. rotations. DaraLyn chose to "Paint what you Hear." Mixing Jazz and the Blues throughout the 45 min. painting sessions. 

"It was challenging. Just as I was getting into the the groove the music style changed and so did my painting." -GMS 7th grader 

"I liked it because it was so different, and forced me to rethink what I wanted my painting to look like." -GMS 8th grader

"This session was difficult but I enjoyed it." -GMS 6th grader
